Made to order garments are made to your design, so they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless the item is defective, damaged, or made incorrectly against the approved order details. Check the design proof and approve the finished photos before dispatch.

In-stock jackets ordered as shown can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags and original packaging, with a return authorization number. Returns for a change of mind or size carry a restocking fee of 20 percent of the order total; exchanges do not. You arrange and pay for return shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or made incorrectly, tell us through the Contact Us page within 10 days of delivery, with your order number and photos.

You can change or cancel a website order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it and before production starts.

After we approve a refund, we send it to the original payment method within 5-10 working days. Your bank or card provider may take more time to show the credit.

All jackets are dispatched from our production facility in Sialkot, Pakistan. Made-to-order production usually takes 2-4 weeks; an in-stock jacket ordered exactly as shown skips production. Delivery usually takes 3-10 business days after dispatch with FedEx, DHL or UPS.

Photo approval required before shipping. We’ll email pictures of your custom jacket. Approve to ship, and we’ll send tracking within 24 hours. Didn’t get our email or used the wrong address? Contact us.
