After we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), exchanges ship within 15 business days. Refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the credit to post.

Eligible reasons include:

• Wrong product received
• Manufacturing defect
• Damaged in shipping
• Product tampering

Personalized/custom products are not returnable except for manufacturing defects.

All jackets ship from our factory. In-stock items usually ship within 7–10 business days. Custom orders follow the selected production speed.

Photo approval required before shipping. We’ll email pictures of your custom jacket. Approve to ship, and we’ll send tracking within 24 hours. Didn’t get our email or used the wrong address? Contact us.

Tracking details are emailed on dispatch. Taxes/duties are shown at checkout where applicable.
