It is in your order confirmation email. Search your inbox and spam folder for Clothoo. If you cannot find it, contact us with the name and email used at checkout. We can help locate your order without your card number.

A blank jacket has no name, logo, patch or embroidery. It is only an in-stock jacket if you order the listed style, color and size without changes. A plain jacket made after you order is made to order. Changing the color or adding a logo also makes it made to order. That difference affects production time and return eligibility.

Choose a jacket style and size in the Design Lab. Pick the fabric and colors, then add any names, numbers, patches or artwork. Check the preview, spelling, size and shipping address before you pay. A change to a listed in-stock jacket makes it made to order.

The price depends on the jacket style, fabric, size and details you add. The Design Lab updates the jacket price as you build. Checkout shows shipping before payment. Your country may charge import duty or tax separately. For 10 or more jackets, request a written team quote.

Yes. Build the first jacket, then make a copy for each person and change the name, number and size. Check every spelling and size before you approve the order. For a large group, send us a list of names and sizes with your team quote request.

Yes. Our team makes and checks orders at our production facility in Sialkot, Pakistan. Clothoo L.L.C-FZ handles international sales from Dubai.

Only if it is already in stock and you order it exactly as shown. It skips the production wait and may arrive in about two weeks. A plain jacket made after you order, or a jacket with a changed color or added logo, needs production time. Your order confirmation gives the expected dispatch date.

Yes, if a rush slot is available. Rush production usually takes 5-7 days. Checkout shows the extra charge and estimated production time when rush is offered. We confirm the slot in your order confirmation or in writing before you order. Rush shortens production, not courier delivery. Tell us your deadline before paying. A delivery date is binding only if we confirm it in writing.

Yes. We email photos of the finished jacket for you to approve before dispatch. Check the jacket details against your order and reply promptly. Shipping waits for your approval, so a late reply can move the delivery date. If the email is missing, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

We make, check and ship jackets from Sialkot, Pakistan. Clothoo L.L.C-FZ is registered in Dubai and issues the invoice.

We ship by FedEx, DHL or UPS, depending on your destination and the service available. We email the tracking number when the courier collects your order. Use that number on the courier site or the Track Order page. Production time ends before courier delivery time begins.

We ship to the United States, Canada and many other countries. Some destinations are excluded. Check the current destination list on Shipping and Delivery before you order. Import charges and the courier service depend on the delivery country.

Enter your delivery address at checkout. You will see the shipping charge and your production choice before paying. Import duty, tax or customs fees may be billed separately by the courier unless your written quote includes them. For a team order, ask us to show shipping in the quote.

Tell us the event date before you order. We will check production capacity and the courier route, then tell you what is possible. Rush production may help, but it does not speed up customs or courier delivery. We only guarantee a date if we confirm it in writing before you pay. Ask about your deadline.

Check the courier tracking update and contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will ask the courier to trace the parcel. If it cannot be found, we will remake or refund the order. A delivery delay alone does not mean the parcel is lost.

A customs check can delay delivery after dispatch. Follow the courier tracking and reply to any request for documents or payment. Your country may charge duty, tax or customs fees before release. Orders ship under DAP terms, so you are the importer of record. Since 29 August 2025 the United States charges duty on shipments of any value, so US customers should expect a duty invoice from the courier. If the courier needs information from us, contact us with your order and tracking numbers.

The courier may return the parcel and charge for the return. We cannot refund a made-to-order jacket returned for this reason. For an in-stock jacket ordered as shown, we deduct the return costs and any applicable restocking fee from the refund. Please check your address before paying.

Contact us with your order number. You can change or cancel a website order free of charge within 24 hours if production has not started. If a change adds options that cost more, you pay only the price difference. After that, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Team and private label orders follow the deadline in the written quote. Once work starts, we deduct the cost of work and materials from any refund. Approved refunds are sent within 5-10 working days. Your bank may take longer.

An in-stock jacket ordered exactly as shown can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed, and still has its tags and original packaging. Ask for a return authorization before sending it back. You pay return shipping. A restocking fee applies to returns, but not exchanges.

A plain jacket made after you order, or one with a changed color or logo, is made to order. It cannot be returned for size or a change of mind. If any jacket arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved order, tell us within 10 days. We will review a remake, replacement, or refund. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5-10 working days. Your bank may take longer.

A jacket made to your approved choices cannot be returned or exchanged because of size or a change of mind. This includes a plain jacket made after you order, a changed color, and a logo or other decoration. If it arrives damaged, defective or different from the approved order, tell us within 10 days with photos and your order number. We will review a remake, replacement or refund.

Tell us within 10 days of delivery. Send your order number, a photo of the whole jacket and a close photo of the issue. If it differs from your approved design, include that proof. We will review the problem and offer a remake, replacement of affected pieces, or a partial or full refund as appropriate. We pay return shipping for a confirmed fault. Report the problem before sending anything back.

We do not offer local repairs because we make jackets in Sialkot. If there is a fault, contact us within 10 days of delivery. Send photos and your order number so we can review a remake, replacement or refund.

After we approve a refund, we send it to the original payment method within 5-10 working days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the credit. If it is still missing after that, contact us with your order number so we can check its status.

If we cannot make or ship your order, we will tell you and refund it in full. This can happen if the artwork cannot be made, key details remain unconfirmed or we cannot verify the delivery address.

Depending on the style, you can choose body and sleeve colors, lining, names, numbers, logos, chenille patches and embroidery. A color change or added decoration makes the jacket made to order, even when you start with a plain style. The patches and embroidery guide shows decoration choices.

Upload a clear file in the Design Lab and choose where it should go. Check the preview and note any detail that must stay in the design. You must have permission to use a school, team or brand logo. We may ask for proof before production. If the art is complex, ask us to check what we can make.

Yes. Add each name and number to the right jacket in your order. For team orders, send a clear list of names and sizes. Check every spelling in the final design details before you approve production.

Yes. The Design Lab preview and order summary are the proof for a website order. Check the colors, names, sizes, placement and address before you approve. For detailed artwork, we may send an embroidery or design sheet for approval before production. We confirm team order details in writing. We also send finished photos before dispatch.

Often, yes. A detailed image may work better as a printed patch or a print on suitable fabric than as embroidery. Send the file before ordering so we can check what is possible. See decoration options.

Most adult styles are offered in unisex XS to 6XL. Some have Tall sizes with longer bodies and sleeves. The choices depend on the jacket style, so check its size options and compare your measurements with the size guide before paying. Ask us if you are between sizes. Our jackets are true to size and do not run small.

Ask us before you pay. Send the jacket style and your body measurements. We will confirm whether that style can be made to your measurements, along with any price or production time change. A made-to-measure jacket is made to order and cannot be returned because of size preference. Contact us with your measurements.

Ask for a sizing sample before you approve a team order. We will confirm the available sample sizes, cost and delivery time in your quote. Have your team try the sample, then check the final list of names and sizes. The size sample can help prevent fit errors in a made-to-order group order.

Yes. Share your label design and quantity. Our standard setup fee is $50 for up to 100 jackets, unless your quote says otherwise. A single jacket can carry your label for a label production charge. Ask us to confirm a single jacket request before you order. Contact the wholesale team.

Sometimes. Custom fabric dye starts at 100 pieces and custom leather colors at 25 pieces. Send a color reference so we can confirm the material, quantity, price and lead time. See materials and colors.

Yes, we can quote embroidered, felt or chenille patches on their own. Send your artwork, size and quantity. Ask for a quote.

Yes. We begin made-to-order production after the order details are confirmed and payment has cleared. A deposit or partial payment does not start production. An in-stock jacket ordered as shown skips production. Your order confirmation gives the expected dispatch date.
