We may ask for an identity proof showing billing address or photo holding your credit card. We never ask for sensitive information such as your CVV code. We will hold your order until you provide the information or we can cancel if our customer decides not to proceed. In-case you choose not supply this info then please ensure both addresses are listed in PayPal so they can process accordingly.
Yes, Clothoo reserves the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances. If the uploaded artwork is deemed not feasible for production, if attempts to communicate with the customer regarding the order go unanswered, or if there's a discrepancy between the billing and shipping addresses that aren't rectified through verification, Clothoo may cancel the order.
Additionally, in instances where the artwork is excessively complex, contains too many colors or gradients that are unattainable for embroidery but could be achieved through sublimation printing, Clothoo holds the right to cancel the order if the customer insists on embroidery for such designs. These conditions are in place to ensure the quality and feasibility of the final product.

Custom (made to order) jackets are made to your design, so they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless the item is defective, damaged, or made incorrectly against the approved order details. Before dispatch we email you photos of the finished jacket for approval, so please check them carefully. We cannot exchange a made to order jacket for a different size, so use the size guide before you order.
Blank garments can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags and original packaging. Ask for a return authorization number through the Contact Us page with your order number. Returns carry a restocking fee of 20 percent; exchanges do not. You arrange and pay for return shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or made incorrectly, tell us through the Contact Us page within 10 days of delivery. Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 business days of our confirmation. Full details are on our Returns and Exchanges page.
You can change or cancel a website order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it and before production starts. Tell us through the Contact Us page with your order number.
After 24 hours, or once production has started, the order cannot be changed or cancelled because materials are cut and work is under way. Bulk and private label orders can be cancelled without charge until the date stated in the quote or until we confirm that production has started, whichever comes first. After that, the cost of work done and materials bought for the order is deducted from any refund.
Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 business days of our confirmation.
