Please get in touch with our sales team and pay the shipping charges. Within 1-2 days they will ship your fabric swatches and provide a tracking code. You can also request Pantone code for a perticular fabric shade and then review Pantone code on your end to save time and costs.

Please use our online jacket builder to create one or more jackets. Click on the plus sign and create a copy of the design and then modify.

Our jacket builder removes all backgrounds of custom artwork and logos. However if you see design is being cut and the jacket builder removes the internal background then uncheck the box and upload a design. You can write a note for our designers to remove the outer background.

Yes, Clothoo reserves the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances. If the uploaded artwork is deemed not feasible for production, if attempts to communicate with the customer regarding the order go unanswered, or if there's a discrepancy between the billing and shipping addresses that aren't rectified through verification, Clothoo may cancel the order.

Additionally, in instances where the artwork is excessively complex, contains too many colors or gradients that are unattainable for embroidery but could be achieved through sublimation printing, Clothoo holds the right to cancel the order if the customer insists on embroidery for such designs. These conditions are in place to ensure the quality and feasibility of the final product.

Jacket Materials:

• We offer top-quality melton virgin wool and cowhide leather sleeves for classic letter jackets. You can look through all the custom options and choose what you like best. Visit our fabrics and colors page for more details.
• We also have materials like sheep leather, faux leather, cotton twill, cotton fleece, and polyester satin. At Clothoo, we always use high-quality materials and keep our stock full to make sure the quality stays the same.

Knit Trim & Collar Styles:

• Pick a classic knit collar for a traditional letterman look. The Byron collar offers a more professional style. The sailor collar gives a casual, unique vibe. You can also add a hood for extra warmth and comfort.
• Our knit trim comes in many colors, including special ones like burnt orange, cardinal, and old gold. Choose from different styles for the waist and wristbands, like plain, single line, or two lines with borders.

Lining Choices:

• Choosing the right lining makes your jacket more comfortable and useful. Pick quilted lining for extra warmth, polyester satin for a silky feel, or cotton for lightweight comfort.

Yes, you can request changes within 24 hours of placing an order. To meet the promised delivery date we process all orders after 24 hours. If you have any change in your order, kindly request changes free of cost within 24 hours by email. Write email subject 5 DIGIT ORDER# CHANGES.

Yes, you can order your varsity letterman jacket with ½ zip-out lining to attach your patches on yourself.

Since we are based in Pakistan, we are unable to provide repair services.

Yes, using our jacket builder you can write individual names on the chest or back of the custom senior varsity jacket and hoodies.

Yes, we can produce large number of pathces including, embroidred, felt and chenille patches. Please get in touch with our sales team for further discussion.

Yes, we can print high resolution photo or illustration and attach it to the jacket as sewn on patch.

Satin sublimated jackets will have direct print on the fabric.Note: Complex artwork or artwork with too many colors and gredients are impossible to embroider. We will do sublimation print and then attach as patch. If you have complex artwork get in touch with our support team prior to order. Here is an example of what can be embroidery and what can be print.

Our jacket builder creates a digital design proof. however if you wish to use specific embroidery sizes or have special instructions, please leave us a note right below the jacket builder and request for design sheet approval.

Our designer will create an embroidery sheet with sizes and will get your approval.

1. For satin jackets, we can achieve any shade with SUBLIMATION PRINTING TECHNIQUE.
2. Melton Wool, Cotton Fleece, Cotton Twill: if you have 100+ jackets we can produce custom wool, cotton fleece and cotton twill colors for varsity jackets and hoodies.
3. Cowhide Leather and Sheep Leather: If you order 25 jackets with leather sleeves, we can produce custom leather color.

At this moment, we do chenille patches for bulk orders only. For singel jacket orders we can only proudce felt patches and embroidered patches.

Yes, we can meet custom sizing requirements with $20 additional. Please use the closest size you wear and then leave custom measurements for your new jacket.

Note: We don’t need body measurements. You can measure your existing jacket and leave jacket measurements in the special instructions section. Our production team will match your measurements.
